Our mother would make Strufoli every Christmas. I never loved it, but grew to like Sturfoli as I got older and appreciated just the act of her having this tradition of making the Italian Honey Balls.
My mother passed away earlier this year and we will not be having Strufoli that my mom made. My sister is going to keep the tradition of it making it, which personally I think is VERY important not to loose those traditions.
But I am starting a new tradition with my children. Well my son any way! Both my son and I love Tiramisu, so the tradition in making and eating it together begins!
I will have the recipe up on this post soon, but for now I am having my breakfast of Champions!
1 1/2 cups of Expresso
2 Low Fat Lady Fingers Packages
16 oz of Mascarpone Cheese
1 shot of Kahlua, 1 shot of Amaretto, 1 shot of Rum
It’s called Tiramisu!
It begins here with the ingredients!
It ends here…so please come back later when I am done eating my breakfast, thank you!
Recipe will follow with the steps in detail!
